Ticketing Everywhere Ltd — Ticketing Terms and Conditions

1. About Us

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of tickets by Ticketing Everywhere Ltd (“Ticketing Everywhere”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) for entry to events and performances, including The Traitors: Live Experience (the “Event”).

Ticketing Everywhere Ltd acts as the authorised ticketing agent for IE (Traitors Live Experience) Limited (“the Organiser”), which produces and operates the Event.

2. Our Role as Agent

Ticketing Everywhere sells tickets as agent for the Organiser. When you purchase a ticket through Ticketing Everywhere, your contract for attendance at the Event is made directly with the Organiser, IE (Traitors Live Experience) Limited.

Ticketing Everywhere is responsible only for processing your ticket order, payment, and delivery in accordance with these Terms. The Organiser is responsible for the staging and content of the Event, including any cancellation, rescheduling, or changes to the performance.

3. Contract for the Event

Your rights in connection with attending the Event are governed by the Show Terms and Conditions issued by the Organiser, available at https://www.thetraitorslive.co.uk.

Your entry to the venue is also subject to the Venue Conditions of Entry issued by Venues Everywhere Ltd, available at https://www.thetraitorslive.co.uk/venue.

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by all three sets of terms.

4. Ticket Purchase and Payment

• Tickets are sold digitally through our online platform.
• You must provide accurate and complete contact details at the time of booking.
• Prices include VAT (where applicable) and any booking fees will be displayed before payment.
• Your order is confirmed only when you receive a booking confirmation email from Ticketing Everywhere.

Ticketing Everywhere reserves the right to cancel any booking suspected of being made fraudulently or in breach of these Terms.

5. Ticket Delivery

All tickets are issued digitally and sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. You are responsible for ensuring you can access your digital ticket on the day of the Event.

Tickets must not be copied, resold, or transferred except with the Organiser’s prior written consent.

6. Admission and Use

• Admission to the Event and the venue is subject to the Organiser’s and Venue’s conditions.
• You may be required to present ID matching the name on your booking.
• Late entry may not be permitted once the Event has begun.
• The Organiser and Venue reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person for safety, security, or conduct reasons without refund.

7. Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations

• Tickets are non-refundable, except where the Event is cancelled or rescheduled by the Organiser.
• If the Event is cancelled, Ticketing Everywhere will process refunds on behalf of the Organiser to the original payment method.
• In the event of rescheduling, your ticket will remain valid for the new date, or you may request a refund within the period specified in the rescheduling notice.
• No refunds are available for failure to attend, or for missed entry due to lateness or incorrect details provided at booking.

8. Liability

Ticketing Everywhere’s liability is limited to the accurate processing of your ticket order and payment.

Ticketing Everywhere is not liable for:

• the Event’s content, quality, or enjoyment;
• any cancellation, rescheduling, or change to the Event;
• any loss or damage suffered at the venue, except where caused by our negligence or required by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

Personal data collected during ticket purchase is processed by Ticketing Everywhere Ltd as ticketing agent and shared securely with IE (Traitors Live Experience) Limited (the Organiser) and Venues Everywhere Ltd (the Venue operator) for operational and safety purposes.

10. General Terms

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
• If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
• We may update these Terms from time to time; the version in force at the time of your booking applies.
