Venues Everywhere Ltd Terms & Conditions of Entry

1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions of Entry (“Terms”) apply to all persons entering the venue at 60-70 Shorts Gardens, WC2H 9AH (“the Venue”).

Show Specific Terms

1.2 Where you attend The Traitors: Live Experience at the Venue, your attendance is also subject to the Show Organiser’s Terms and Conditions of Sale and Participation, issued by IE (Traitors Live Experience) Limited, a company within the same group as Venues Everywhere Ltd. These are available at https://www.thetraitorslive.co.uk or on request.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Conditions of Entry and the Show Organiser’s/Producers Terms, these Conditions shall prevail in relation to access to and use of the Venue, and the Show Organiser’s Terms shall prevail in relation to the Show and ticket purchase.

2. Admission and Security

2.1 Admission to the Venue is subject to presentation of a valid ticket.
2.2 We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is, in our reasonable opinion, unsafe, disruptive, intoxicated, aggressive, or likely to cause distress or harm to others.
2.3 All visitors may be subject to security checks, including bag searches or screening upon entry. Refusal to comply may result in denial of entry without refund.
2.4 The Venue reserves the right to deny admission, re-entry, or eject anyone who does not comply with these Terms or staff instructions.

3. Safety and Conduct

3.1 You must comply with all safety and health instructions given by Venue staff or performers.
3.2 Immersive performances may involve movement through the space, low lighting, sound, scent, or other effects. You attend at your own risk and agree to take reasonable care for your own safety and that of others.
3.3 No running, climbing, or interference with performance elements, set pieces, or technical equipment is permitted.
3.4 Any form of harassment, abuse, or discriminatory behaviour towards staff, performers, or other attendees will result in immediate removal from the Venue.

4. Prohibited Items

4.1 The following are not permitted within the Venue: alcohol (unless purchased within the venue), illegal substances, weapons, glass containers, laser pointers, vapes (and/or vaping), and recording or photography equipment (unless authorised).
4.2 The Venue reserves the right to confiscate prohibited items and refuse entry to anyone in possession of them.

5. Photography, Recording and Mobile Devices

5.1 Photography, audio, or video recording of the performance is strictly prohibited without prior consent.
5.2 Mobile devices should be switched to silent mode during the performance to avoid disruption.

6. Health, Accessibility and Medical Needs

6.1 If you have accessibility requirements, medical needs, or are pregnant, please notify the Venue in advance so reasonable adjustments can be made. You may contact the venue at info@thetraitorslive.co.uk.
6.2 The Venue is not responsible for injury or discomfort resulting from failure to disclose relevant health information or follow staff guidance.
6.3 The immersive experience may include effects such as strobe lighting, smoke, water vapour or confined spaces. Please check all content warnings before attending.

7. Property and Personal Belongings

7.1 All personal property is brought to the Venue at your own risk. The Venue accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.
7.2 Left or unclaimed property may be held for 28 days before disposal.

8. CCTV and Data Protection

8.1 CCTV operates throughout the Venue for safety, security, and crime prevention purposes.

9. Emergencies

9.1 In the event of an emergency or evacuation, you must follow all instructions from Venue staff immediately.
9.2 Emergency exits are clearly marked and must always remain unobstructed.

10. Liability

10.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes the Venue’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for any matter which cannot be excluded by law.
10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law you release and hold harmless the organisers, producers, venue owners, staff, performers, volunteers and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands or causes of action arising out of or relating to loss, damage, or injury to person or property that may be sustained by an attendee during or in connection with the show. This clause does not affect your rights as a consumer.
10.3 Subject to clause 10.1, the Venue will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage, or expense arising from attendance at the Venue or participation in the Show.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
11.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
