The Traitors: Live Experience Ticket Purchase Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
- 1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase of tickets to The Traitors: Live Experience (“the Show”), an immersive live performance experience presented by IE (Traitors Live Experience) Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Venue Conditions of Entry
- 1.2 Attendance at the show also constitutes acceptance of the Venue’s Conditions of Entry, which apply in addition to these Terms. The Venue’s Conditions of Entry are issued by Venues Everywhere Limited, a company within the same group as IE (Traitors Live Experience) Limited and are available at https://www.thetraitorslive.co.uk/terms-venues-everywhere or on request from the venue.
- In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the Venue’s Conditions of Entry, these Terms shall prevail in relation to the operation of the show and ticket purchase, and the Venue’s Conditions of Entry shall prevail in relation to access to and use of the venue.
- 1.3 By purchasing a ticket, you and any member of your party (“you”, “the ticket holder”) agree to be bound by these Terms. It is a condition of entry that these terms are accepted by ALL ticket holders.
2. Ticket Purchase
- 2.1 Tickets are sold subject to availability and to these Terms.
- 2.2 All ticket prices are stated in £ and include VAT (where applicable).
- 2.3 Tickets may only be purchased from authorised outlets or official sales agents. We are not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorised resellers.
- 2.4 You are responsible for checking your ticket details at the time of purchase. Mistakes cannot always be rectified.
- 2.5 Tickets for The Traitors: Live Experience are sold by Ticketing Everywhere Ltd, a company within the same group as IE (Traitors Live Experience) Limited, acting as the Organiser’s authorised ticketing agent. Ticketing Everywhere processes ticket orders, payments, and delivery on behalf of the Organiser in accordance with its own terms and conditions, available at https://www.thetraitorslive.co.uk/terms-ticketing-everywhere.
Your contract for attendance at the Show is with IE (Traitors Live Experience) Limited. Any refund or cancellation (where applicable) will be handled by Ticketing Everywhere Ltd on the Organiser’s behalf and in accordance with the Organiser’s refund policy.
3. Admission and Participation
- 3.1 Admission to the venue is subject to the venue’s own terms, conditions, and health and safety regulations, which form part of these Terms.
- 3.2 Immersive experiences may involve movement around the space, interaction with performers, and atmospheric effects (e.g., low lighting, sound, scent, or haze). By attending, you accept these elements as part of the experience. If purchasing tickets for anyone below the age of [16] you do so on the understanding that you consider the show suitable for them and you confirm that you will be responsible for them.
- 3.3 You must follow all instructions from staff and performers for your safety and that of others. Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.
- 3.4 Your roundtable game will be supervised by a host; the host shall act as gamemaster and referee. A “Rules Cheat Sheet” at the venue provides an overview of the basic rules of the games. However, in all matters the host’s word and ruling will be final and it is a condition of purchase that you accept this.
- 3.5 We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behaviour is disruptive, intoxicated, or unsafe.
- 3.6 No photography, audio, or video recording is permitted during the performance without our prior consent.
- 3.7 If you book and attend as a group you all jointly and severally accept this clause 3, actions by any member of your group which, in the reasonable opinion of your host, prevents your game from continuing may result in the entire groups expulsion without refund.
4. No Refunds or Exchanges
- 4.1 All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- 4.2 Refunds will only be made if the Show is cancelled in full (see clause 5 below).
- 4.3 You are not entitled to a refund if you are unable to attend, are refused entry, or arrive late.
- 4.4 We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets.
5. Cancellation, Rescheduling or Material Changes
- 5.1 If the Show is cancelled, you will be entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket.
- 5.2 If the Show is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund of the face value of the ticket.
- 5.3 If there is a material change to the Show (meaning a change which, in our reasonable opinion, makes the Show materially different from what was originally advertised), you may request a refund of the face value of the ticket.
- 5.4 Refunds will be issued only via the original payment method and only to the original purchaser.
6. Health, Safety and Accessibility
- 6.1 Some immersive performances may require standing, walking, or navigating uneven surfaces. If you have any access needs or health concerns, please contact us at info@thetraitorslive.co.uk before booking.
- 6.2 We are not responsible for injury or discomfort resulting from failure to follow safety instructions or disclose relevant medical or accessibility information.
- 6.3 If the experience includes scenes of an intense or immersive nature, appropriate content warnings will be provided in advance.
7. Liability
- 7.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be limited by law.
- 7.2 Subject to clause 7.1, we will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage, or for any expenses incurred because of cancellation, rescheduling, or delay.
- 7.3 You acknowledge and agree that participation in immersive theatre events carries inherent risks, including (but not by way of limitation) trips, falls, sudden sounds or lighting effects. By entering you assume thiese risks as you do for anyone over whom you have control (such as a person under 18). To the fullest extent permitted by law you release and hold harmless the organisers, producers, venue owners, staff, performers, volunteers and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands or causes of action arising out of or relating to loss, damage, or injury to person or property that may be sustained by an attendee during or in connection with the show
- 7.4 Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this clause
8. Force Majeure
- 8.1 We shall not be liable for failure to perform any obligation under these Terms where such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: extreme weather, acts of God, pandemic, government restrictions, strike, fire, flood, or venue closure.
9. Data Protection
- 9.1 We, or our sister company Ticketing Everywhere Ltd in so far as it acts as our agent for ticket fulfilment, process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.

10. Governing Law
- 10.1 These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- 10.2 The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes.
